2. Payment Timing

Online Orders: Full payment is required at the time of purchase to confirm your order.

  • Pre-Orders or Custom Orders: A non-refundable deposit of 30% may be required, with the remaining balance due prior to dispatch.
  • Trade or Bulk Orders: Payment terms may vary and will be clearly stated in your invoice or quotation.

3. Pricing & VAT

All prices displayed on Sohobeds.co.uk include VAT (Value Added Tax) at the prevailing UK rate.

  • We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect confirmed orders.

4. Invoices & Receipts

An electronic receipt is automatically emailed upon successful payment.

  • If you need a formal VAT invoice, please contact us at hello@sohobeds.co.uk with your order number.

5. Klarna & Third-Party Financing

When using Klarna or another third-party financing option, your agreement is directly with that provider.

  • Sohobeds.co.uk is not responsible for any issues, interest rates, or late fees associated with third-party payment plans.

6. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment fails or is declined:

  • Your order will not be processed until payment is successfully completed.
  • We may contact you to resolve any payment issues.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

8. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse any order that appears fraudulent or suspicious. Orders may be subject to verification and ID checks before processing.
