At Soho Beds, we stand behind the craftsmanship and durability of our products. Every bed is built with care, using high-quality materials to ensure it lasts. That’s why we offer a comprehensive 3-year warranty on all purchases.

 

What’s Covered

 

  • Our warranty protects you against manufacturing defects that affect the structure, usability, or function of your bed, including:
  • Frame integrity (e.g. breakage, warping)
  • Mechanical issues with storage components (e.g. gas lift mechanisms)
  • Stitching or upholstery coming undone due to poor workmanship

 

What’s Not Covered

 

  • While we want you to love your bed for years to come, the warranty does not cover:
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental or cosmetic damage (e.g. spills, scratches, dents, pet damage)
  • Discolouration or fading from sunlight or chemical cleaners
  • Water damage unless the product is explicitly sold as waterproof
  • Heat damage or warping in unsuitable environments (e.g. conservatories without proper ventilation)
  • Damage from improper assembly or not following care/installation guides
  • Commercial or non-domestic use
  • Loss, theft, or damage after confirmed delivery
  • Any alterations made to the bed (e.g. trimming slats, drilling holes)

How to Make a Warranty Claim


If you believe your bed has a manufacturing fault:

Include your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photos/videos

Our team will review your claim and guide you through the next steps.

We aim to respond within 2 working days, and if approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or repair at no extra cost.
