Price Match Promise – Terms & Conditions

At Soho Beds, we’re committed to offering you the best value on our range of products. If you find the same product for less elsewhere, we’ll match the price – it’s our promise to you.

 

What We’ll Match

We’ll match the price of any identical product that meets the following criteria:

• Same brand, model, and specification as the item sold on Sohobeds.co.uk.
• Sold by a UK-based retailer that has a physical presence or operates an established e-commerce store.
• Available for immediate delivery or the same delivery timeframe as offered by us.
• In stock and available for purchase at the time of the price match request.
  
  

How to Request a Price Match

To request a price match, simply contact our team with:

• A link to the competitor’s product page showing the lower price.
• Proof of the price (screenshot, ad, or direct URL).
• Your Sohobeds order number (if already placed).
• Requests must be made within 7 days of placing your order or before purchasing.
  
  

Exclusions

Our Price Match Promise does not apply to:

• Auction sites, marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, eBay), or private sellers.
• Clearance, refurbished, ex-display, or open-box products.
• Promotional discounts, voucher codes, or loyalty schemes.
• Pricing errors or obvious misprints.
  
  

Other Notes

• The matched price must include all additional costs (e.g. delivery, assembly).
• We reserve the right to verify the lower price and its terms before approving a match.
• Sohobeds reserves the right to decline a price match where we believe the criteria are not met.
