Delivery
We are committed to ensuring the timely delivery of your order. Express Delivery: Your bed will be delivered within 5–7 working days. We will call you the day after your bed is made to arrange a suitable delivery date. On the delivery day, our courier will contact you with a 1-hour time slot so you know exactly when to expect your delivery. Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location and product availability.
Returns
We understand that sometimes things change, and you may need to return your item. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Items must be returned in their original condition. A £60 return fee will be deducted from your refund. This covers administration, restocking, and delivery costs. To initiate a return, please call us or email us at hello@sohobeds.co.uk. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your return within 7 working days.
Warranty
If your product develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll resolve the issue by replacing it free of charge. We’re so confident in the quality and durability of our beds that we offer a straightforward 3-year warranty on all purchases. While we take a common-sense approach, there are a few exclusions to be aware of: Improper use or damage outside of normal wear and tear Fading or discolouration due to direct sunlight or abrasive cleaning Accidental or cosmetic damage such as marks, stains, spills, or scratches Water damage if the bed is not specified as waterproof (please refer to product pages) Heat-related warping or damage if used in unsuitable environments (e.g. conservatories) Any modifications made to the bed after delivery (e.g. cutting, drilling, altering) Installation issues where our assembly or care instructions haven’t been followed Commercial or non-domestic use Items reported as lost, missing, or stolen after delivery has been successfully completed If you need to make a warranty claim, just email us at hello@sohobeds.co.uk with your order number and a brief description of the issue — our team is here to help.
